6 week Healthy Parent Carers programme

CDC and Contact are delivering a new course for parent carers of CYP with SEND in the North West. It is a 6 week Healthy Parent Carers programme to learn how you can make small steps to improve your own health and wellbeing, and feel happier, healthier and more resilient.

The course is developed and run by parent carers who understand the highs and lows of caring for a disabled child or young person.
